Celery, Parsley and Mint Stuffing
|Fresh white breadcrumbs||100 Gram|
|Dried sage||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery stalks||2 , finely chopped|
|Chopped fresh parsley||15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)|
|Freshly chopped mint||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , rind finely grated|
|Butter||2 Ounce, melted (50 gram)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
1 In a bowl, put all the ingredients and stir well to mix.
2 The stuffing is ready to use, however, if you want to freeze it transfer to a rigid container and pack.
3 Seal the container, label and freeze.
4 Use as desired.
5 If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or at room temperature for 4 hours.
