Celery, Parsley And Mint Stuffing

Ingredients
  Fresh white breadcrumbs 100 Gram
  Dried sage 1 Teaspoon
  Celery stalks 2 , finely chopped
  Chopped fresh parsley 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Freshly chopped mint 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , rind finely grated
  Butter 2 Ounce, melted (50 gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, put all the ingredients and stir well to mix.
2 The stuffing is ready to use, however, if you want to freeze it transfer to a rigid container and pack.
3 Seal the container, label and freeze.

SERVING
4 Use as desired.
5 If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or at room temperature for 4 hours.
