Fresh Strawberries with Mint
|Chopped mint||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioner' s sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Gently wash strawberries in cold water; drain; hull.
In medium bowl, lightly toss strawberries with mint, orange peel, and orange juice.
Turn into serving bowl; sprinkle with confec- tioners' sugar.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
If desired, top individual servings with sweet- ened whipped cream.
Makes 6 servings.
