Mint Butter

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 8 Tablespoon, softened
  Fresh mint leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 Large Handfuls)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 3
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a blender puree mint leaves and butter.
2.Season with pepper, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
3.Refrigerate.
4.Roll the butter into sausage shapes.
5. Refrigerate until needed.

SERVING
6.Serve in sandwices and spread on rolls.
