Hot Malted Mint Drink
|Chocolate covered cream filled mint patties||6|
|Milk||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Chocolate malted milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a saucepan, add 1 cup milk and mint patties, then stir over a low heat until the mint patties are melted.
2) Stir in the malted milk powder, vanilla and rest of the milk, then heat gently until it begins to boil.
3) With a rotary beater, beat the mixture until frothy.
4) Pour the mint drink into cups, spoon over the whipped cream and serve immediately.
