Chicken With Mint

Ingredients
  Fryer 3 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  White onion 1 , sliced
  Bell pepper 1 , sliced
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce (1 Can)
  Mint 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Cut chicken into bite size peices and rub salt and monosodium glutamate on it.
2) In a heavy skillet heat olive oil and brown chicken.
3) Mix onion and bell pepper and cook covered.
4) Cook on simmering heat till chicken is cooked.
5) Add soy sauce and sugar.
6) Piece water chestnuts and mix to the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
7) Add mint and cook for further 3 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve hot on rice.

TIPS
You can replace fresh mint one tablespoon dried mint for fresh mint.
