Baby Potatoes in Mint
|Unsalted butter||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Garlic pulp||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green chilies||3 , finely chopped|
|Chopped fresh mint||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh coriander||3 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
Wash and slice the potatoes thickly, then boil them in lightly salted water until they are soft but not mushy, so they retain their shape.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the garlic, green chillies, mint, coriander, salt and lemon juice.
Blend together in the pan before pouring the mixture over the potatoes.
