Mint Ice Cubes
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Loosely packed fresh mint leaves||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
Bring water to a boil, and pour over mint leaves.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Strain mixture, discarding mint leaves.
Let cool completely.
Pour liquid into each of 28 ice cube tray compartments; freeze until firm.
