  Crumbled dried mint 1 Tablespoon
  Sifted all purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets and bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for 10 minutes.
