Mint Orangeade Cooler

Ingredients
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mint sprigs 12 , snipped
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sparkling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled
Directions

1. Bring 1 cup orange juice to boil; add to sugar and mint; cool; strain. Add remaining orange juice and lime juice.
2. Just before serving, add sparkling water. Pour into 4 tall ice-filled glasses.
