|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, softened|
|Preserved kumquats||10 , drained and sliced thin|
|Mint jelly||1 Tablespoon|
1 Separate ladyfingers to make 16 pieces; spread with softened butter or margarine. Cut each piece crosswise into thirds.
2 Top each with a kumquat slice, then a dot of mint jelly; place in single layer on large plate. Cover wiith wax paper, foil or transparent wrap; chill.
