|Chocolate covered toffee candy||4|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sponge cake||1 , sliced|
|Peppermint ice cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Crush candy bars.
Whip cream; fold in candy.
Chill until serving time.
Top each cake slice with a scoop of ice cream.
Top with whipped cream mixture.
