Green Pea, Mint And Feta Dip

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 7 Ounce (200 Grams)
  Mint sprig 1 Large
  Feta cheese 4 Ounce, drained and diced (125 Grams)
  Spring onions 3 , finely chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Greek yogurt 3 Ounce (75 Grams)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. The evening before, mix together the peas and mint in a heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over them, leave to stand for 5 minutes then drain.
2. Combine the peas with the rest of the dip ingredients and puree either in a food processor or in a bowl using a hand-held blender. Check the seasoning.
3. Toast the flat breads and slice while still warm.
