Peas With Mint And Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Canned italian peeled tomatoes 14 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped fresh mint/1 teaspoon dried mint 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a medium frying pan, melt butter. Add onion and cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, or until softened. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes to heat and blend flavors.
