Peas With Green Onions & Mint

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Green onions 8 Ounce, cut into 0.25 inch pieces
  Frozen peas package 36 Ounce, thawed (Three 12 Ounce Packages)
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped mint 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In 12 inch skillet, melt margarine or butter over medium heat.
Add green onions and cook 3 minutes or until tender.
Add peas, pepper, and salt and cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes longer or until hot.
Remove skillet from heat; stir in mint.
