Ingredients
  Green tomatoes 2 Quart, chopped (2.5 Liter)
  Water 4 Quart (5 Liter)
  Apples 1 Quart, chopped (1.25 Liter)
  Suet 1⁄2 Pound, chopped (250 Grams)
  Brown sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs) (1.5 Liter)
  Raisins 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Peel 1⁄2 Pound, mixed (250 Grams)
  Vinegar 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Cinnamon 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cloves 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Nutmeg 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

Add water to chopped tomatoes.
Boil gently for 1 hour.
Let stand overnight; drain.
Add next six ingredients and salt to taste.
Mix well, then boil gently for 2 hours.
Stir in spices.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
