The end product of this wonderful Elk Mincemeat recipe is simply irresistible! I made this dish for a party at home and my guest just loved it! Try this brilliant Elk Mincemeat recipe for yourself!
Ingredients
  Ground elk/Ground venison 1 Pound
  Beef suet 1⁄2 Pound
  Apples 5 , chopped
  Raisins 7 Pound
  Cider 1 Pint
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Citrus rind 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Allspice To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Cinnamon To Taste
  Nutmeg To Taste
  Brandy To Taste
Directions

Cook meat and suet until done.
Cool; remove fat.
Add all remaining ingredients except brandy; cook for 2 more hours.
Cool; add brandy.
