Cut 3 pounds pork spareribs in serving size pieces.
Place ribs in Dutch oven; cover with salted water.
Bring to boiling; simmer ribs till almost tender, about 1 hour.
Drain; place in shallow baking dish.
Combine 1 1/2 cups prepared mincemeat, one 10 1/2 ounce can condensed beef broth, and 2 tablespoons vinegar.
Spoon mixture over ribs.
Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Bake ribs, uncovered, at 350Â° for 45 to 55 minutes, spooning sauce over ribs frequently.
