Pear Mincemeat Crumble
|Sliced peeled pears||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Mincemeat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Slivered Or Sliced)|
In 9 inch (2.5 L) square baking dish, combine pears, mincemeat and lemon juice.
In bowl, stir together flour, sugar and rolled oats; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in almonds.
Sprinkle evenly over pear mixture.
Bake in 375Â°F (190Â°C) oven for 45 minutes or until pears are tender.
