Ingredients
  Cooked ground beef 4 Pound
  Suet 2 Pound
  Seeded raisins 4 Pound
  Currants 4 Pound
  Brown sugar 4 Pound
  Ground citron 1 Pound
  Apples 8 Pound
  Lemons 4
  Oranges 4
  Strong coffee 1 Quart
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Mace 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cider 1 Gallon
  Salt To Taste
  Meat broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except meat broth; mix well.
Simmer, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes; add meat broth to mixture as needed.
Pour into sterilized jars; seal.
