|Shortening||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Prepared mincemeat||9 Ounce|
|Flour||3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)|
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs; beat until mixture is smooth.
Crumble mincemeat into egg mixture; mix well.
Sift flour, soda and salt.
Add to batter; mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
