Easy Mincemeat Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch unbaked pastry shell 1
  Prepared mincemeat 1 3⁄4 Pound (Use 1 1-Pound 12-Ounce Jar)
  Apple 1 Medium, grated
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Brandy extract 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 425┬░Fahrenheit.
2 Line a 9-inch pie plate with the pastry.

MAKING
3 In abowl, mix all remaining ingredients,
4 Into unbaked pastry shell, pour the mixture.
5 If the mincemeat appears too moist, bring to boil and cook to reduce moisture before filling the pastry.
6 Make lattice top or add top crust.
7 Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

SERVING
8 You may serve this pie topped with hard sauce or whipped cream.
