|Suet||1 Pound, chopped (450 Gram)|
|Currants||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Raisins||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Eating apples||1 Pound, peeled (450 Gram)|
|Caster sugar||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Sultanas||8 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Mixed candied peel||4 Ounce (100 Gram)|
|Lemon||2 , juiced|
|Grated lemon rind||2|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and blend well.
2) Store in clean, dry, airtight jars in a cool dry place for almost a month to blend the flavors well, before cooking.
