Ingredients
  Suet 1 Pound, chopped (450 Gram)
  Currants 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Raisins 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Eating apples 1 Pound, peeled (450 Gram)
  Caster sugar 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Sultanas 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Mixed candied peel 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Lemon 2 , juiced
  Grated lemon rind 2
  Brandy 150 Milliliter
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and blend well.
2) Store in clean, dry, airtight jars in a cool dry place for almost a month to blend the flavors well, before cooking.
