Apple Mincemeat Pie

Ingredients
  Pastry 1 (For 1 Crust Pie)
  Prepared mincemeat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Thinly sliced tart apples 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon/Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon/Lime 1 , rind grated
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

Prepare pie crust.
Cover bottom of the crust with mincemeat.
Cover the mincemeat with apples.
Mix juice, rind and spice and sprinkle mixture over apples.
Mix flour, sugar and butter and spread mixture over pie.
Bake in a 450-degree oven for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30-35 minutes more.
Serve with cheese wedges, hard sauce, or flavored whipped cream or whipped topping.
