Ribs With Mock Mincemeat

Ingredients
  Pork spareribs 6 Pound
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Beef bouillon cube 1
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple 1 Medium, peeled, cut in eighths, and cored
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Jellied cranberry sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut ribs in serving-sized pieces; place, meat side up, in roasting pan.
Add water; season.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
In blender dissolve bouillon in hot water.
Add remaining ingredients; blend to chop apple.
Drain ribs; top with mincemeat.
Bake, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes.
