Ingredients
  Ground cooked beef 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Ground suet 1 Quart
  Chopped pared tart apples 3 Quart
  Chopped orange peel 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped orange pulp 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Currants 2 Pound
  Raisins 3 Pound (Mixture Of Light And Dark)
  Chopped candied citron 8 Ounce
  Packed brown sugar 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Allspice 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet cider/Grape juice 1 Quart
Directions

Mix together all ingredients in a large kettle; simmer 1 hour.
Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Pack hot into hot jars, leaving 1-inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process pints and quarts 1 hour and 30 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
