Easy Venison Mincemeat

Ingredients
  Chopped venison 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Flank / Neck)
  Chopped peeled tart apple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ground suet 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Pound
  Currants 1 Pound
  Citron 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Candied mixed fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Broth/Cider vinegar / sweet cider 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity Of Liquid As Needed To Cover)
Directions

Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Bring to a boil; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Seal in scalded pint jars.
This will make about 7 pints and each pint will make 1 pie.
