Cherry Mincemeat Mould

Ingredients
  Canned pitted dark sweet cherries 1 Pound (1 Can / 2 Cups)
  Cherry gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mincemeat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain cherries, reserving syrup.
Cut cherries in half.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add enough water to reserved syrup to make 1 3/4 cups; stir into gelatin; add lemon juice.
Chill till partially set; fold in cherries, mincemeat, apple, and nuts.
Pour into 6 1/2-cup mold; chill firm.
