Ingredients
  Ground venison 2 Pound
  Currants 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oranges 3
  Apples 8 Cup (128 tbs), finely chopped
  Ground beef suet 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raisins 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Apple cider 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Ground cloves 2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Simmer meat in cider 30 minutes.
Mix with remaining ingredients and simmer, covered 3 hours.
