Ingredients
  Green tomatoes 3 Pound, ground/chopped
  Apples 3 Pound, chopped
  Seedless raisins 2 Pound
  Currants 1 Pound
  Glace cherries 1⁄2 Pound
  Mixed peel 1⁄2 Pound
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1
  Cinnamon 2 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Tablespoon
  Cloves 2 Teaspoon
  Yellow sugar 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Directions

Bring to a boil and cook 1/2 hour slowly and bottle.
When making pie more apples may be added and any dried fruit desired, or more sugar if you like a sweeter pie.
