Ingredients
  Raw rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in greased 1 1/2 -quart casserole.
Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove cinnamon after last stirring
