Ingredients
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Hemp hearts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar pour in the water and add in the hemp hearts. Blend well to form milk.

SERVING
2. Serve hemp milk with toast and poached eggs.

TIPS
You can use salt or ant sweetener to add flavor.
