Luscious Non-Dairy Cacao Hazelnut Mylk

Here is a brief clip from a Living Foods class on making delicious non-dairy nut mylks, cheese and creams!
  Hazelnut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cacao 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), powdered
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch

1. Blend ½ cup hazelnuts, ½ cup dates, 1 pinch sea salt, ¼ cup cacao powder and 4 cups of water.
2. Strain though a fine cheese cloth and drain out all the remaining mylk.

3. Chill in the refrigerator and serve cold like a smoothie or let it warm up naturally or in a cold oven (not for hardcore raw foodies) and serve like hot chocolate.
