1. Blend ½ cup hazelnuts, ½ cup dates, 1 pinch sea salt, ¼ cup cacao powder and 4 cups of water.
2. Strain though a fine cheese cloth and drain out all the remaining mylk.
3. Chill in the refrigerator and serve cold like a smoothie or let it warm up naturally or in a cold oven (not for hardcore raw foodies) and serve like hot chocolate.
