  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Almond Cashew, Peanut, Or Sunflower)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Pitted dates 4
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric blender, blend nuts and water until they turn milky
2. Now add dates to make the milk sweeter and thicker

SERVING
3. Serve with almonds and cashews
