Low Fat Vanilla Frozen Dessert Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Non fat dry milk powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Liquid skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), scalded
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix half of the dry milk powder, liquid milk, and sugar to gelatin softened in ΒΌ cup water. Mix the ingredients well.
2. Chill until the mixture reaches egg white consistency.
3. Stir in vanilla and allow the mixture to freeze until used.

SERVING
4. Scoop onto dessert bowls and serve Vanilla Frozen Dessert Ice Cream with a generous topping of glazed cherries, roasted almond pieces, and hot chocolate sauce.
