1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.Take four ramekin dishes and heat them at 350 degrees in the oven for 5 minutes.
3.Boil the cream and put one tablespoon (15ml.) in each ramekin.
4.In each ramekin, break an egg and put salt and pepper to them.
5.Put 1 tablespoon of cut butter on every egg.
6.Put the ramekin in roasting pan and fill water sufficient to reach half the length of sides.
7.Heat the eggs in oven for 10 minutes until the whites are firm but the yolk is stil soft.
