Ingredients
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cardamom seeds 4 (Use Whole)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small saucepan, add turmeric and cardamom seeds to water and boil it for eight minutes
2. In another pan, bring milk just to boiling point; turn the heat off and add the turmeric mixture after having removed the cardamom seeds

SERVING
3. Add honey to taste and serve
