Ingredients
  Sour milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Sweet milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift flour, add slowly: baking soda, baking powder, salt, sour milk & sweet milk.
Beat egg, mix in well.
Cook on a hot greased griddle.
