1. Take a 1 ½ -quart glass casserole and microwave the butter in it for about half a minute.
2. Add flour, sour cream and microwave it for about 2-3 minutes at High, until the mixture is bubbly and hot. Stir the mixture for about 2-3 times.
3. Break the eggs one at a time in the small dish or saucer. Add each egg carefully into hot sour cream. Cover it with all-glass lid or wrap it with plastic. Microwave it for about 4-5 minutes at Medium-High until the whites become firm.
4. Take it out from oven, and keep it covered until just before the serving time.
