Ladies Luncheon Layered Dish
|Crushed potato chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , sliced|
|Onion||1 , sliced thin and separated into rings|
|Parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Spread 1/3 of potato chips in bot-tomofagreased 1-1/2 quart ovenproof baking dish.
Cover with 1/3 of the egg slices, 1/3 of the onion rings and chopped parsley.
Repeat layers until potato chips, egg slices and onion rings are all used.
Combine soup with sour cream, milk, and paprika; mix well; pour over all; cover.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes; uncover, bake 10 minutes longer until hot, bubbly, and golden.
