Low Calorie Dessert Topping

|Nonfat dry milk powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|No caloric liquid sweetener/2 teaspoons low-calorie granulated sugar substitute||2 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Vanilla extract/Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Pour ice water into a chilled bowl, sprinkle powdered milk on surface, and beat with a rotary or electric beater until soft peaks form.
Add lemon juice, sweeten to taste, add vanilla, and beat until stiff peaks form.
Use at once.
