Ingredients
  Ice water 3 Tablespoon
  Nonfat dry milk powder 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  No caloric liquid sweetener/2 teaspoons low-calorie granulated sugar substitute 2 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Vanilla extract/Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour ice water into a chilled bowl, sprinkle powdered milk on surface, and beat with a rotary or electric beater until soft peaks form.
Add lemon juice, sweeten to taste, add vanilla, and beat until stiff peaks form.
Use at once.
