Baked Boneless Shad

Ingredients
  Shad 5 Pound
  Milk 2 Quart
Directions

Order shad cleaned, trimmed and split for stuffing, with head removed.
Fill cavity with Stuffing for Baked Fish, Sew up cavity and place in a large baking pan.
Cover with milk and bake in a slow oven of 300ºF for about 6 1/2 hrs.
The bones will be completely soft, and the entire fish tender and tasty.
