Quick Almond Milk

Make your own fresh almond milk at home for a fresher, creamier beverage and a healthier environment. The process could not be simpler and you will also end up with almond pulp which can be dehydrated into almond flour. This is a raw, vegan, non-dairy, no soy fabulous beverage that you and your family will love.
Ingredients
  Water 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Dates 8 , pitted
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked overnight
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, pour water, add almonds, dates and vanilla essence.
2. Blend this for about 3 minutes, starting from low to high speed or until smooth and creamy.
3. In a large bowl, place the nut milk bag and pour the almond milk and strain it well to get almond milk.

SERVING
4. Serve the almond milk in a glass either at room temperature or chilled.
