Green Grams In Milk

Ingredients
  Green gram 500 Gram
  Ghee/Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Green chilies 6
  Grated coconut 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon pieces 3
  Cardamoms 4
  Milk 1⁄2 Liter
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm)
  Onion 1 , grated
  Cloves 4
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and drain grams.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry ground masala for five minutes.
Sprinkle some water if masala catches at the bottom.
Add grams.
Stir for a while.
Add one cup water and let the grams cook on medium fire.
Stir frequently.
When water is about to dry out add warm milk.
Cook grams till tender, stirring all the time.
Add garam masala.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle lemon juice before serving.
