iFood.tv FOO...

Just wondering.....milk, dark or white chocolate? Since I had all 3 yesterday for Halloween, I had a hard time deciding. In the end I go with MILK chocolate. What's your favorite??

Veronica (in the video above) likes DARK chocolate the best.

I agree that MILK is my favorite, although I must add that I enjoy experimenting with the DARK chocolates. I find that you can really tell DARKS apart from one another and can easily pick the better tastes. However, I always end up back with the MILKS, nearly finishing the bar, bag, or whatever, almost every time.

ScharffenBerger Chocolate Nibs are my favourite! Awesome dark cocoa. Cacao Nibs are perfectly roasted cocoa beans separated from their husks and broken into small bits. They are the essence of chocolate. Nibs add crunchiness and subtle chocolate flavor to baked goods and savory dishes. They make a great substitute for roasted nuts or chocolate chips, without added sweetness. Packaged with suggestions for use in a 6-ounce nitrogen flushed mylar bag, they are a unique gift for the home baker. And wonderful to munch on. I am not much into cocolate-so much of it is waxy and sweet but ScharffenBerger Nibs are fabulous. http://www.scharffenberger.com/prodinfo.asp?number=NIBBX Another great quality chocolate is made by Dagoba award winner time after time http://www.dagobachocolate.com/about/press_awards.asp Shanti/Mary-Anne
