Nut And Seed Milk
|Sunflower seed kernels||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cashews/Blanched almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cold water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Soy milk powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Put the kernels, nuts, and 1 cup of the water in the container of an electric blender of food processor and let soak 15 minutes. Blend or process until smooth.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, including the remaining water, and blend or process until well mixed.
