This High Protein Milk is so very energizing and very tasty . I love this fruit and milk assortment as an evening drink after exercising when I'm thoroughly fatigued. Try out this High Protein Milk and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Soy flour/Soy milk powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice 6 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bananas 2
  Carob 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pure vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Milk powder 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  High protein milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Honey 4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 4 Teaspoon
  High protein milk 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Combine eggs, yogurt and oil in blender, blending until well mixed and smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, blending until well combined.
Combine in blender and blend until smooth.
Mix together.
Dissolve carob in oil, add a little milk and heat briefly, to cook carob.
Blend carob mixture, milk, honey and vanilla until smooth.
