|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Lukewarm)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Imitation butter flavoring||1 Dash|
Combine ingredients; let stand 5 minutes, then beat with rotary beater.
May be used in our recipes as substitute for commercial buttermilk, but count it as regular skim milk.
