Hot Olive-Cheese Balls
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, softened|
|All purpose flour/Unbleached flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pillsbury)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Olives||24 Medium (Pitted Ripe / Stuffed Green)|
Preheat oven to 400°F Combine cheese and butter.
(Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.) Blend in flour, paprika, worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and salt.
Mold a slightly rounded teaspoonful of dough around each olive, covering completely, place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes until golden brown.
