Ingredients
  Bean curd square 4
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash the bean curds, cut them into quarters and set them aside to drain.
Heat a pan and fill up to 1 inch of oil and add the salt.
When it is very hot, deep fry the curds on one side till they become golden brown, and then fry on the other side.
Remove and drain the oil.
The bean curds are now ready to be cooked with other ingredients.
