|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Vanilla essence||2 Drop|
Put milk, sugar and butter in a heavy saucepan. Stir gently over a low heat until the sugar dissolves, about 20 minutes. Add condensed milk and bring to the boil. Boil over medium heat for 25 minutes or until like fudge in color. Add vanilla essence and allow to cool for a few minutes. Beat for about 10 minutes, or until mixture is thick. Pour into well-greased lamington tin 28 x 18cm. When set, cut into squares, wrap in greaseproof paper. Makes 60. Store in airtight containers.
